WOD – Workout of the day open to all unlimited memberships

SA – Student Athlete Workout Of the Day open to all “Student Athletes”
There is a one hour tutoring/study session every Tuesday and Thursday after workouts from 5-6pm.

BASIC TRAINING - Fundamental instructions and introduction to CrossFit, open to all members, but required to successfully complete by all members before joining in WOD’s.

BEGINNERS - Beginners workout for first time visitors to see what we are all about and for us to see what you are all about.

OPEN GYM – Time for you to use the facility for programmed workouts or for practicing skills and acquiring more awesome knowledge from our awesome coaching staff!
